This article explains how to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Foreign Policy subscription. If your subscription is purchased through a third party like the Apple App store, Google Play store or a subscription agency, then you will have to contact the third party in order to change or cancel your current subscription.
Upgrade/downgrade my subscription
- First, go to your Account Settings and sign in to your Foreign Policy subscription, if not already signed in.
- Click Subscription Settings on the left panel and then, under the Subscription tab, click Upgrade.
3. Both upgrade and downgrade options will appear as shown in the example below. Under each upgrade/downgrade option will be additional information including the price of the upgrade/downgrade and details on billing. Once you’ve selected the desired upgrade/downgrade option, click Submit to finalize the change.
In general, an upgrade means you are moving to a subscription with more access or with a longer time duration. Upgrades process as soon as you click Submit and you will be billed a prorated amount based on your last subscription charge and the upgrade option chosen. Downgrades mean moving to a subscription with less access or a shorter time duration. Downgrades can be submitted at any time but will not process until the end of your current subscription period.
Note: The upgrade options available depend on your current subscription. If you can’t find your desired subscription upgrade or downgrade option, please contact us at support@foreignpolicy.com
