To manage a current Team subscription, it is necessary to locate the account owner of your team subscription. The account owner, or parent account, is the account that handles billing information and manages users on the subscription. How to manage the users on my team subscription

Your Team Subscription allots to you a number of users specified on your subscription name. To manage the users included in your Team Subscription, follow these steps:

1. First, go to your Account Settings and sign in to the account owners Foreign Policy account, if not already signed in.
2. Click Subscription Settings on the left panel and then, under the Subscription tab, click the Manage dropdown.
3. Click Manage shared accounts to manage the users on your subscription, as shown below.
4. Click the pencil icon to edit an existing user, or the trash can icon to delete a user. If a user has not redeemed their access, you can resend the redemption email by clicking the Email icon. Click Add shared account to add a new user. Enter the user’s email address and then click the checkmark to save. After making any changes, please be sure to scroll down and click Save.

Note: You can add users up to the number of seats included with your subscription. Please keep in mind that the account manager is included in the number of seats.

How to change the number of seats on my team subscription

Team Subscriptions can be upgraded to include more or less seats, up to 15 seats or as few as 2 seats. Follow the steps below to change the number of seats included with your subscription.

1. First, go to your Account Settings and sign in to the account owners Foreign Policy account, if not already signed in.
2. Click Subscription Settings on the left panel and then, under the Subscription tab, click Upgrade.
3. You can now select a subscription with a different number of seats than your current subscription, from 2-15 seats.

Note: If you select a number of seats greater than your current subscription, then the upgrade will take place upon clicking Submit so that you can add the additional users. If you select a number of seats less than your current subscription, then the change will take place at the end of the current subscription period.
